Studio Legale Corte offers basic food law courses both to beginners and to experts, with different levels of detail, since many years. The basic courses cover the scope of food laws, the general food law regulations, the basic food safety procedures, hygiene principles including HACCP plans, food labelling, and the basic sanctions in Italy. The course can be standard or tailored according to the needs of a specific company.

Paola Corte is an adjunct professor of Food Law at LUISS Business school in Rome, where she teaches Food Law Elements in the MBA dedicated to the Food & Wine Business.
