Andrea Corte is a lawyer at the Milan Bar Association.
He has been a practicing criminal food law for over 50 years and is therefore one of the greatest food law experts in Italy.
He began his career in the early 1970, when the firm had just moved its offices from Genoa to Milan.
Andrea Corte has been an honorary judge in the Milan Criminal Court for many years (1983-1987).
He has taught Food Legislation at the University of Bologna (1985) and at the University of Milan (1989-1998).
On December 16, 2022 the Milan Bar Association awarded Andrea Corte with the gold medal for his brilliant over 50 year long career.

Along with the passion for his work, Andrea Corte has dedicated his life to another great passion: flying He is an experienced airplane (since 1979), glider (since 1986) and helicopter (since 1996) pilot.
Andrea Corte has been president of many italian Aeroclubs, including Aeroclub Milano (1987-1997), Aeroclub Piacenza (1998-2004) and Aeroclub Bresso (2012-2018).
He has been elected President of AOPA Italy, the Italian Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, from 1997-2003. Andrea Corte was nominated as a member ENAC’s board (Italy’s Civil Aviation Authority) for two mandates (2004-2007 and 2011-2016).
Andrea Corte was awarded by CONI with the bronze medal for sports merits in 1996, and was awarded by FAI (The International Aeronautical Association) with the Paul Tissandier Diploma in 2008.
